(1) The seller shall place a notice board with the following details at the entrance of his sales room so that it can be easily seen and read:-
(a) Tobacco products shall not be sold or caused to be sold to persons below the age of eighteen years,
(b) Tobacco products shall not be sold or made to be sold to pregnant women.
(2) The manager should post a notice stating that smoking and tobacco consumption is prohibited in different places of the public places related to him.
(3) The notice as per sub-rule (1) and (2) shall be at least thirty centimeters in length and twenty centimeters in width.
